What are the computer system requirements to use your courses?
|
Operating System Minimum Requirements
Any computer running windows 98/XP or higher or Machintosh OS X or higher.
Currently our courses are optimized for the Windows OS and Macintosh OS. Users of
other operating systems may not be able to use some of the courses' features.

Hardware Minimum Requirements
128MB of RAM, 64MB of free hard drive space, a mouse, and Internet connection
at 33,000 baud or better is needed. To store your class projects, you may want to use
a floppy drive, thumb drive, or your desktop.
Software Requirements
For software you will need Netscape 6.0 or FireFox 1.5 or Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher,
Instant Messenger 3.0 or higher, Paint Shop Pro 7.0 or PhotoShop 7.0 or higher, and Notepad
for Windows or SimpleText for Macintosh. Java and cookies must be enabled
in your browser, which is the default. All of this software
is free of charge except Paint Shop Pro, which can be
purchased for under $100.
